That’s why my job as a Realtor means so much to me.
Every time I help a client buy or sell a home, I understand that I am walking them through a major life change. My clients trust me to guide them through this sometimes stressful process, and provide them with the best options available.
Honesty, patience and one-on-one service – you can expect all these from me.
I consider it a requirement of my job to truly know and understand the communities where I sell homes. That’s why I choose to base my business in Monroe County, a community where I have lived most of my life.
A graduate of Waterloo High School and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, I do my best to be a part of Southern Illinois communities in every sense. I’m a board member and past president of the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of GLOW – Great Ladies of Waterloo.
I’m also a parent. I’m raising my daughter here, so I am fully invested in making sure our community is the best it can be.
I have held my Realtor’s license since 2006 and have been helping clients buy and sell homes as a Realtor with Century 21 Advantage Real Estate for more than six years.
To best serve my clients, I continue to pursue new certifications and education opportunities in my field. I completed the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the short sale and foreclosure resource certification.
I am a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing a family that is truly happy in their new home or a client that has found the perfect office for their new business.
It would be my pleasure to help you buy or sell your home!
